ARTIST AGREEMENT

EXHIBIT OF ART WORK
If selected your artwork will be exhibited at one of our upcoming event as well as virtually displayed on our website for the entire duration of the art exhibition

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You retain ownership of all your intellectual property rights of your artwork

All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained written permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 18 are featured. Artist is fully responsible to obtain all model or property releases.

You agree to keep us indemnified against any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal expenses) resulting from your breach of this agreement. This includes claims for copyright or other forms of intellectual property infringement in the event you have submitted an artwork that you did not have the right to submit

MARKETING
Your artist name, artwork and any other submitted information will be used for all marketing purposes

ARTWORK SALE

Artwork and print sales are split as follows: Artist keeps 70%, 30% goes to CRE8
-
CRE8 will send 70% of the total sale proceeds no more than two weeks after the exhibition closed

Due to the current pandemic circumstance, artwork sales and shipping will be personalized based on you and the buyer’s particular situation, and agreed upon by you and CRE8.

CRE8 is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by you arising out of, or connected to, the shipping of your artwork

COMMUNICATION

In order for the exhibition to be efficiently organized, you must remain in timely communication with CRE8. (Please note failure to communicate with us in a timely matter may result in disqualification from the exhibition)
